The best beer in a 30 km radius! And now (Corona) you can use the option of out-of-home sales. We now always have an empty glass bottle with us. 😋

Who knows you loves you, good food, great beer, yes and of course the girls may be a deterrent for visitors 😉 we like you all, each in their own way

Yesterday was there for the first time, with a visit from abroad. Super nice service, and the food was great. Really delicious and inexpensive above all. Clearly 5🌟

Always worth a visit. The delicious beer, home-brewed - is a unique selling point. Unfortunately, it is not served optimally chilled in summer. The kitchen is wonderful, easy to recommend. What this inn lacks is flair and charm. The rustic pub atmosphere could be accompanied by cozy music e.g. based on the Bavarian model. It could also be invested in better chairs and tables - also outside. But above all, the service - perhaps in a uniform, beautiful outfit - could be much friendlier and more service-oriented to its guests. You don't get the feeling that you are very welcome.

Top price / performance ratio. 4 beers and a cheap meal and no € 20 paid. Home-brewed beer for a cheap rate. Food was good & cheap, but nothing special (therefore 4 out of 5 stars)

We stayed in Braunschweig for an evening and ate and drank excellent. :) The self-made beer is very tasty 👍🏽

Great Food, Great Beer, OKish Service

I have enjoyed visiting for years, but recently dealing with customers has become very disrespectful. Just disappointing.

They welcomed a stranger from Italy in COVID times with warmth and respect. Using all due precautions but still being welcoming. And needless to say, the food is good and the beer is great. Really recommended.

Have been coming here for years, only this time I was approached by the waitress in a tone that I was speechless for the time being. I wanted to sit at the counter and was immediately directed outside in a tone including the "get out of here" gesture because I removed the mouthguard at the counter. I couldn't sit here anyway ... (then just take your stool away, how should I know that) and in one tone, so my own wife can't even talk to me. There are enough other locations where I am not approached like this. I don't need it that much either. Sometimes quality does not come before friendliness. PITY.

We were a group of 18 work colleagues, ate and drank a few beers. With a tip of around 40 euros, the waitress complains that a ketchup bag is still unpaid on the bill. Are you serious?! Never again!!

We have been guests many times, whether for a beer or for dinner and beer enjoyment. Overall, you can recommend everything, whether food or drinks. Unfortunately, the staff are sometimes a bit rude, but may also be due to the guests at a later hour.

You can eat well here and the beer is also very tasty. I would always reserve especially for the Bundesliga.

Typical and authentic German winery. The beer is its own, you can see in the premises the old distillery where the beer was made. Very authentic place in its decoration and in its menu, typical German dishes and craft beer, the price is very good.

Were in this restaurant for the third time today .... Food was okay .... Drinks too .... Beer very tasty 👍 ..... but with the friendliness of an employee it is not so sparkling at the Saturday evening business 😒. ... would be time to consider whether guests who are still looking for space would also be told in a friendly tone that nothing is free. Amazing beer!!!a must try. The Weizen Bier is a must try. Usually crowded and it is highly recommended to get reservation few days in advance. The ambiance is rustic but bustling. The food can not get any better. Very appetizing. The menu has English descriptions of the dishes and they do serve sma portions as well.

We just had a couple of beers, which were good but nothing special. The service cannot be defined as nice, we felt like second class customers because of not having dinner there...

A cozy german "Brauhaus" with typical cuisine and self brewed beer. The prices are relatively low, compared with other pubs and bars. The taste of meals and beer were always good, the toilets clean and the service was friendly. Plus: there are Happy Hours for Food and Beer and the menu is also printed in english. But it is often full, therefore you should have a reservation.

Very nice place to watch football. Bier is affordable, self-made and tastey.

It was crowded at a famous store in this town. Serve is slow, but you can enjoy delicious food and original beer.

Very tasty, traditional German cuisine. The beer is just perfect and surely don't forget to try the baked Camembert 👌👌

Had a very tasty pork medaillon and a piece of beef with mushroom sauce and Rösti (german for a kind of potato side dish) along with some salad and a wheat beer made in house, right near the restaurant. There are glass panels and guests can see some of the beer making steps inside. Can get crowded in the evening as many people come in for a drink, to chat, to watch sports.

Good 🍺, not expensive. Can get quite busy. Is comfortable and the dip food is good.
